The Keychron Gateron Hot-Swappable Mechanical Cap Switch Set is dedicated to fit your needs thanks to its smooth and tactile typing experience. Each set contains 12 switches as well as a handy holder to keep them together when not in use. The Gateron cap switches are one of the best mechanical switches renowned for their smooth and tactile typing experience. This new switch series is fully compatible with our Keychron C1, K2, K4, K6 and K8 Keyboard Hot-swappable versions without any soldering requirements.
The Gateron Cap Switches feature an enlarged stem post, which makes the switch stem more stable, reducing wobbliness and increasing switch thickness as well as stability. Based on the aerodynamic principle, 0.4 tiny holes are added to the switch base post to reduce resistance. Base materials of both gold contacts and first-generation gold contact have qualitative changes in which the oxidation resistance and conduction performance is greatly enhanced. Automatic oiling increase self-lubricating performance, which generally improves the smoothness, stability and life span of the switch.
Suitable for both the office or gaming, these Gateron brown mechanical cap switches offer a more gentle sounding and tactile feeling for a more responsive typing experience.
